At MTC Rouen Normandie, innovative learning is based on high-fidelity simulation, image processing, image transmission, digital technology, procedural simulation and role play.
Our aim is to provide healthcare professionals with basic skills and behaviors. An advisory education committee approves all programs.

Complementary training courses between MTC Rouen Normandie and the anatomy laboratory at the Faculty of Medicine, and shared facilities, including a model apartment and a model hospital room, enable real learning conditions in real time.

The simulation platform and its multi-professional team have been operational since 2007.

Cutting edge equipment, mannequins and simulators enable training in emergency procedures and management of complex situations.

Healthcare professionals in initial or continuing education are able to learn or update their skills, evaluate their professional practices and behaviors to improve their ability to cope with risk situations.
